6/3/2001: Jacob Ryan Allen, 20, was shot and killed by Tucson police in front of a home in the 4200 block of East Flower Street. Police suspected him of stealing two cars earlier that night and of attempting three carjackings. When confronted by police, he fired one shot at a police officer, who returned fire, killing him.
