POQUOSON – James Council (Bud) Diggs, 73, died unexpectedly at his home, 188 Messick Rd., Poquoson Tuesday. Mr. Diggs was a retired government employee, a veteran of WWII, a member of Trinity Methodist Church, Yorktown Council 66, JOUMA, Red Cloud Tribe 58, Improved Order of Red Men, Poquoson lodge 49, AF and AM. Survivors include two sons, J. W. Diggs, Thomas R. Diggs of Poquoson; seven grandchildren and one great-grandson. The family requests that expressions of sympathy me made in the form of contributions to Trinity Methodist Church, Poquoson. The body will be at 188 Messick Road, Poquoson. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
