Death Takes E.P. Building Contractor

G. F. Greenfield Slape of 8009 Glendale road died today in a hospital. He was 69.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. tomorrow in Harding and Orr Funeral Chapel with the Rev. W. A. Risinger officiating Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park.

Mr. Slape had been a resident of the Lower Valley for 18 years and was a member of the North Loop Baptist Church and of the Masonic Lodge. He was a farmer and building contractor.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Hattie Mae Slape; seven sons, O. M., F. H., H. G. and N. G., all of El Paso, Don of Olney Ill., W. N. of Concord, Calif., and L. C. of Odessa; three daughters, Mrs. Louis Baird and Mrs. E. G. Jones, both of El Paso, and Mrs. G. W. Kyle of Del Rio; three brothers L. H. and J. H. both of El Paso, and M. D. of Fabens; and a sister, Mrs. T. N. Finley of Pueblo, Colo.
