Mrs. Rosa Gallabrese, 95, of 146 N. 7th Street, died at midnight last night in her home. She had been in failing health for some time.

Mrs. Gallabrese had resided in Steubenville since 1880, coming from her native Italy.

She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church.

She was married December 24, 1887, in Italy, to Rosario Gallabrese. He preceded her in death in 1942.
She leaves three sons, Thomas Gallabrese of Mingo Junction, Joseph Gallabrese of Follansbee and Michael Gallabrese, at home; four daughters, Mrs. Ambrose (Mary) DiBacco of Miami, Fla., Mrs. Joseph (Elizabeth) Petrelle of Steubenville and Miss Magdalene Gallabrese and Miss Violet Gallabrese, both at home; 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and 3 great great granchildren. She was preceded in death by three sons and two daughters.

Mrs. Gallabrese was born October 2, 1866, in Naples, Province of Potenza, Italy.
Friends may call at the Mosti Funeral Home after 7 p.m. Friday and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

A requiem High Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Monday in St. Anthony's Church. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Rosary will be celebrated at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
