Mrs. Elizabeth Simms Davis of Rt 1, Dubberly, passed away at 12 noon on Saturday, June 6 in Minden Medical Center after a brief illness. She was 62.
Mrs. Davis was a native of Baytown, Texas. She was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist church.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. today in the Brushwood Methodist Church in Dubberly with Bros. Sterling Sullivant and Felton Crossland officiating. Burial will be in the Brushwood Cemetery under direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home.
Mrs. Davis is survived by a stepdaughter, Mrs. J.T. Reagan, Dubberly; three grandchildren; five great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
