Mr. Abrams was born in Germany. Jan. 14. 1847, and came to Oshkosh 65 vears ago. He was married. to Miss Rachel Kling June 15, 1878.
He is survived by one daughter. Miss Emma Abrams of Oshkosh and two sons, Edward H. Abrams of Los Angeles, Calif., and Charles E. Abrams. New London; two grandsons. Edmund and Gordon Abrams. of Los Angeles: two granddaughters. Mrs. Kenneth Hecker of Milwaukee, nnd Miss Helen Abrams of Mew London; one great-granddaughter, Nancy Ann Hecker: and one sister Mrs. August Dreger, of Los Angeles.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home and at 2:30 o'clock at the Eighth Street Lutheran church, Rev. C. J. Lange officiating.
