Beaver Valley Tribune, Beaver City, Nebraska, October 26, 1894: Obituary. Nearly two weeks ago Harry Clason was brought back on a sick bed from Indian Territory whiter he had moved some two months since. Shortly after arriving there Harry was stricken down with Typhoid fever. After several weeks he seemed to be improving and desired to return to friends and relatives here. After his return he grew worse. Death relieved him on Tuesday evening last and funeral services were conducted by Rev. Corbin on the following day and interment was made in the Maple Creek cemetery.

Deceased grew from childhood to manhood at his father's home near Precept. He had many friends and was respected by all who knew him. He was married about two years ago and leaves behind to mourn him a young wife and one child.
