  Fourteen year old Ashley Jean Long died from inhaling helium.
  Ashley was a Justin Bieber fan and enjoyed music. Her life goal was to become a marine biologist and with her high GPA she was a likely candidate. She liked to draw, take photographs and enjoyed caring for animals. She was in the Top Cat Club at Eagle Point Middle School and a member of Table Rock Christian Fellowship.
  She is survived by her parents, five siblings, grandparents and great-grandparents.
  Her family has set up a foundation Ashley's Hope to spread the word about the dangers of inhaling helium.

Ashley was an eighth-grade student at Eagle Point Middle School, where she was a goofy, sweet eighth-grader, got top grades in school, had posters of Justin Bieber all over her room and wanted to grow up to be a marine biologist. Those who cherish her memory are her mother, Loriann Earp; father, Alen Long; stepfather, Justin Earp, grandmother Debbie Malone and aunt Meagan Long. Ashley died from an air embolism caused by the inhalation of helium from a pressurized canister. She is deeply missed.
