Dubois, Pa., July 14.—Mrs. W. C. Arnold, wife of Congressman Arnold, died at her home in this city this morning. The deceased was ill only four days. Her condition was not considered serious until yesterday afternoon, when Mr. Arnold was summoned from Washington, arriving here at 11 o’clock last night on a special train.
