Randy W. Franklin 56, of Bloomington, formerly of Spencer, passed away at IU Health Hospital Bloomington on Thursday, February 21, 2013. He was born in Beech Grove on June 29, 1956 to Warren and Annie (Akins) Franklin. Randy was a graduate of Center Grove High School.
Randy is survived by his father, Warren Franklin of Spencer, aunts, uncles, cousins and his special friend, Becky. He is preceded in death by his mother, Annie Franklin.
Funeral services will be held at 1 pm, Monday, February 25, 2013 at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home in Spencer. Pastor Shannon Benham will officiate. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 am until 1 pm on Monday.
