Mrs. John Sieracki, 67, former Manitowoc County resident who had been living
at Leopolis, Shawano County, the past 2-1/2 years, died of a coronary Thursday
afternoon at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where she had been a patient 10
days.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc,
and at 10 a.m. at St. Casimir Catholic Church, Northeim. The Rev. Robert Berg
will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
The former Mary Krause was born April 17, 1896, at Reedsville, daughter of the
late Joseph and Mary Kalanchek Krause. She was married to John Sieracki June 27,
1922, at Reedsville and the couple resided on Rt. 3, Manitowoc until 1947, moving
to Newton. In 1961, they moved to Leopolis.
Surviving are her husband, two sons, (private), a brother, Edward Krause, of
Reedsville, two sisters, Mrs. Ellsworth Holub, of Manitowoc and Mrs. Anton Oleske,
of Sussex, Wis., and nine grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Sunday where the Rosary will
be recited at 8 p.m.
