Delilah Anne Phillips was the daughter of Louise Epolian Barnes and Ira Etta Ezzell.

On August 3, 1938, Delilah married Frank Silas Masterson. After Frank passed, Delilah married Lonny Phillips. Delilah retired from Sears Roebuck.

Delilah is survived by her three daughters, two brothers, sister, nine grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, one sister, and her husbands.
