She was born Dec. 27, 1910, in rural Strawn, a daughter of Henry M. and Anna Huisman Brandt.
She married Gerald E. Brookstra, who died in 1956.
She married L. Paul Lowe, who died in 1975.
Survivors include two sisters, Bernice Shreves, Gibson City, and Mildred Jamison, Elliott; and one brother, Albert Brandt, Sibley.
One sister and one brother preceded her in death. Mrs. Lowe, who formerly lived in Elgin and Raleigh, worked at the Elgin Watch Co. for 25 years.
