7th Lord Dacre. Knight of Herstmonceux, Sussex, and by right of his wife, of Horsford, Burgh St Margaret and Great Hautbois, Norfolk. Sheriff of Surrey and Sussex, Chamberlain to Queen Elizabeth Wydeville, wife of Edward IV, Privy Councillor.

Son and heir to Sir Roger Fiennes and Elizabeth Holand, grandson of Sir William Fiennes and Elizabeth Batisford, John de Holand and Margaret.

Husband of Joan Dacre, daughter and co-heiress to Sir Thomas Dacre, descendant of King Edward I and Elizabeth Bowet, daughter of Sir William. They had five sons and one daughter; Sir John, Thomas, Richard, William, Roger and Elizabeth, wife of John Clinton.

He was summoned to Parliament 1459 to 1482 as Ricardo Fenys domino Dacre chivaler. In 1473 he was granted to reversion of the office of Constable of the Tower of London, but did not survive the current holder, John Sutton, Lord Dudley.
