Preceded in death by parents; husband, Paul R. Nitch; grandchildren, Kathleen and Bruce Croyle; and brothers and sisters, Thomas, Dorothy, Gerald and Geraldine.
Survived by children Patricia J. Croyle, and friend,Cletus Wavrek, Johnstown; and Barbara A., and husband,Dennis Sadosky, Pittsburgh; grandchildren, Susan and Richard Goshert, Pamela and Wayne Shroyer Jr., Steven
and Claudine Croyle, Jennifer and David Gindlesperger and Dennis Sadosky; and
great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Kelsie, Matthew,
Michael, Brandon, Mark, Hannah, Lauren, Maria and Nathan. Helene was a charter member of St. Andrew's Catholic Church, where she was a former member of the church choir and Ladies Guild. She was a member of VFW
Ladies Auxiliary Post 155.
Family receiving friends from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at
George E. Mason Funeral Home Inc., Davidsville,
where vigil for the deceased will be held Tuesday afternoon.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Andrew's Catholic Church, Father Angelo Patti, officiating.
