Johnstown, son of Adam Albert and Susan Elizabeth Hornick Nitch. Preceded in
death by parents; brother Peter, and granddaughter Kathleen Grace Croyle.
Survived by widow former Helene Eleanor McClelland and two daughters: Mrs.
Patricia J.Croyle, widow of Dorsey W. Jr., Johnstown, and Barbara married to
Dennis Sadosky, Pittsburgh: also six grandchildren--Bruce, Susan, Pamela,
Steven, and Jennifer Croyle; and Dennis Paul Sadosky. Brother of Theodore A.,
Newton Falls, Ohio; Mrs. Florence Pebley and Mrs. Agnes Holbay, both of
Johnstown and Mrs. Helen Risch, Davidsville. Retired employee of Bethlehem Steel
Corporation and school-bus driver for McLlwain School Bus Corporation. Member of
Holy Name Society and Ushers Club of St. Andrew's Catholic Church; Greater
Ferndale Sportsmen's Club (financial secretary); Moose Lodge 48; Ideal Volunteer
Fire Company; Harmony Singing Society and GBU on Bridge Street. Army Veteran of
WWII, Life Member of Post 155, VFW. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM
Saturday and Sunday at Stephen J. Conway Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial
at 10 AM Monday at St. Andrew's Catholic Church, the Rev. Msgr. Joseph H.
Fleming. Interment Grandview Cemetery. Rosary at 8 PM Sunday.
