Mr. Andy Bailey, "Sky Bailey" the son of the late Willie Lee and Geneva Jones Bailey was born July 24, 1962 in Atlanta, Georgia.
On April 23, 2012, the sweet Angels of Heaven came down to the Hospice Center of LaGrange to Andy, with his loving sister, Catrice by his side; and took Andy Home.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Corine Jones Hunter and James Frank Bailey.
Andy will always be remembered by his singing and for always giving a helping hand to anyone.
His precious memories will be cherished by, one daughter, Tonya Wynett Hutchinson (Martavius); two grandhcildren, Dazman McFarlin and Mar'Nijah Hutchinson; a loving and devoted fiance', Gwen Hall; one sister, Catrice Bailey; six brothers, Steve Jones, Robert Chapman, all of West Point, GA; Gerald Jones, Atlanta, GA; Willie Ray (Marquerite) Bailey; Charles Lewis (Michelle) Bailey of LaGrange, GA; Richard (Barbara) Chapman, West Point, GA; two aunts, Bethel Mae Huguley, Gadsen, AL; and Mary Alice Higgins, Five Points, AL; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
The Homegoing Celebration will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Bethlehem Baptist Church, West Point with Rev. Charles Trammell officiating. Burial will follow at Marseilles Cemetery.
