This is my Grandmother Gladys Crouch she was married to Luther Alison Crouch. Beloved Mother of Glen, John, Harold, Charles, Edmund, Edward, Pearl Leona Crouch Hughes.,and Betty June Crouch Stark .

I will always remember my grandma as a very sweet and wonderful women.

GLADYS ETHEL BARTHOLOMEW CROUCH, 92, North Vernon, formerly of Indianapolis, died Monday. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. today In Dove & Sharp Funeral Home, North Vernon. She was a native of Pecksburg. She was a member of Centerville Baptist Church, North Vernon. Memorial contributions may be made to Jennings Community Hospital, North Vernon. She was the widow of Luther Crouch. Survivors: sons, John and Ed Crouch; daughters, Pearl Hughes, Vera Jarrett, Betty Stark and Carolyn Caudlll: 32 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.

Death is but a doorway
On the "wings of death" the soul takes flight,
into the land where "there is no night"
For those who believe what the Saviour said,
will rise in Glory though they be dead
So death comes to us just to "open the door"
to the Kingdom of God and life evermore.
