According to the 1880 census she was 1 year old and named Mary Nola but she went by Nola.
However, according to her father's pension paper she turned 16 in April 1896 (meaning she was born in April 1880)
I knew her as "Aunt Nolie" and I used to visit her in the 1960's in Salina with my sister Sandy. I always remember her with a bunch of cats and with a little bit of hunchback, But very sweet and loving she would always pinch my cheek (RDA). She was 95 years old when she passed
8 days before her death her brother Roscoe T. DeWitt passed at 89 yrs.
