Mrs. Trickel Dead
Lucy A., wife of Frank Trickel, died at 12 o'clock Saturday night at her home in Manchester, aged 51 years. Mrs. Trickel has been a great sufferer from asthma for years. She had frequent attacks that came near taking her off, but she would pull through them and get better for a time. A few days ago she took a severe cold and Saturday morning her asthmatic trouble returned in a violent form and she passed away at midnight.
A husband and eight children survive her, six of the children being by a former marriage. One son, John Phillips, came from Wyoming in response to a telegram announcing his mother's death. Two other sons, Charley and Albert Phillips, are also in Wyoming and were unable to come.
Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon in the Presbyterian church, conducted by Rev. Trauger of Longford. Burial was in the Swortwood cemetery.
