CHATHAM, Va. - Billie Ann Lowe Harmon, 72, of 2044 Halifax Road, Chatham, died Saturday, February 5, 2005 at Danville Regional Medical Center.

Born Nov. 12, 1932 in Pittsylvania County, she was the daughter of the late George Thomas Lowe and Maggie Reynolds Lowe. She was the wife of the late Henry Noel Harmon.

She is survived by two sons, Henry W. Harmon of Chatham and Barry Scott Harmon of Lexington, N.C.; one daughter, Dana H. Sparks of Danville; one brother, George T. Lowe Jr. of Gretna; and six grandchildren.

She was predeceased by one grandson, Christopher Scott Harmon.

The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, February 8 at Mill Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. James Bullock officiating. Interment will be at Hillcrest Burial Park.

The family will receive friends 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at Scott Funeral Home and at other times they will be at the residence, 2044 Halifax Road, Chatham.

Scott Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
