US MARINE CORPS - Persian Gulf

Mr. Jon Dean age 22 of Fort Payne, Al passed away Friday, March 1, 2002 following injuries in an automobile accident. Mr. Dean was a graduate of Fort Payne High School Class of 1997. He was a veteran of the US Marine Corps. He was employed at Steadfast Bridge Co. of Fort Payne, AL.

His brother, Scott Dean, also received fatal injuries in the automobile accident.

Funeral service will be Sunday, March 3, 2002 at 2pm CST at the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Jones and Rev. James Bridges officiating. Burial will follow in the Glenwood Cemetery with military honors by the U.S. Marine Corps.
