Services were held Wednesday, May 7, 1986, at Lindquist's Clearfield Mortuary, Clearfield, Utah.
Interment was held in the Clearfield City Cemetery.
He was born March 2, 1905 in Bedford, Wyo., a son of William Boyle and Rhoda Ann Turner Izatt.
He married Wilda Holbrook Jan 30, 1934 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
He retired from the Naval supply Depot in the Oceangraphics Department. He had also been a fire fighter at the Naval Supply Depot. He had worked for Thiokel for six years and had been as interior decorator.
He was a member of the Sunset Seventh LDS Ward where he had served as High Priest Quorum teacher and also a home teacher.
Surviving are his widow of Sunset, two sons Quhid Holbrook Izatt, Layton; Joel Holbrook Izatt Salt Lake city; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are one brother and two sisters, Leslie Izatt, Draper; Marcella Pokriota, Santa Cruz, Calif.; Meletia Pearl Miles, Afton,Wyo.
