Paul Kenneth Dugan, 81, of Lovington, NM was born on June 28, 1931 in Ray County, Missouri to James Kenneth and Eva (Clevenger) Dugan and passed away on February 22, 2013 in Lovington, NM. He moved to Clovis, NM when he was a young child and attended school there. He served his country in the United States Marines. He married Mada Maurine Spell in Roswell, NM on January 1, 1955 and they have shared 58 years together. Paul retired from EOTT Transportation Company in 1994. He was an 18 year member of Trinity Baptist Church and served as a Deacon. His talent was writing poetry and songs and singing. He was the epitome of a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and three brothers: Jon K. Dugan, Larry C. Dugan and Roger Dugan and a grandson: Jamie Lee Quintana. He is survived by his wife Maurine of the home; two sons: Steven K. Dugan of Oklahoma City, OK and Gary and wife Virginia Dugan of Hobbs, NM; two daughters: Kay and husband Robert Hardin of Lovington and Susan Dugan of Cibola, TX; 12 grandchildren: Brian Hardin, Megan Hardin, Amber Dugan, Kim Dugan, Tiffany Lopez, Tai Lopez, Brittany Quintana, Thomas Quintana, Yolanda Windham, Kathy and husband Tony Dunn, Paul Quintana and Tommy Quintana and numerous great-grandchildren.
