Mrs. Robert P. (Bertha) DuBro, 623 Ohio Ave. S.W., died early Thursday at St. John Regional Medical Center at the age of 88.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in Our Savior's Lutheran Church with the Rev. Conrad Aamodt officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Welter Funeral Home Friday afternoon or evening. The casket will be open at the church prior to the service, but not following.
Bertha Rose Baum was born April 4, 1899, in Beadle County to Mr. and Mrs. Robert Baum. She was married to Robert P. DuBro, Oct. 26, 1910. They farmed southeast of Huron until 1933 when they moved to Huron where she had lived since. She was member of our Savior's Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Lloyd(Hazel) Venables, Mrs. Donna J. Anderson, both of Huron; four grandchildren, Robert and Michael Cameron, Mrs. Ed (Cathy) Picchietti and Gary Venables, all of Huron; two great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Florence Perkins, Gardena, Calif. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Lila Mae Cameron, Oct. 28, 1972, and one in infancy, six brothers and five sisters.
