WEIRTON - Jeffrey Lynn Barker of Weirton, W.Va. died Friday, Nov. 28, 2003 at the Weirton Medical Center after a sudden illness at the age of 48. He was born June 19, 1955 in Weirton, W.Va., a son of and the late Arah Alice (Burton) Barker and Carl O. Barker.
Jeffrey was employed at Weirton Tire and Auto Center where he was the Sales Manager and was a member of First Christian Church in Weirton, W.Va. Surviving is his wife of 21 years, Patricia (Linville) Barker, whom he married Jan. 15, 1982 in Follansbee, W.Va.; his daughter, Arah Barker of Weirton; his son, Zachary Barker and his companion Beverly George of Weirton; two brothers, Jack Barker of Morgantown, W.Va. and Jan Barker of New Cumberland, W.Va.; two sisters, Judy Barker of Port Charlotte, Fla. and Connie Roberts of Apollo Beach, Fla.; and one grand-daughter, Jolene Nicole Barker.
