Dora Southworth Anderson was the daughter and ninth child of nine children of Isaac and Amy Jane Hoel Anderson. She married Charles Anson Moore January 10, 1884, in Iroquois Co., Illinois. She was the mother of Isaac Lawrence, John Burroughs, Ethel Bernice and Golda Beatrice. She died in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, but buried in her hometown.
