BOUDREAU, Loretta Marquerite - 75, passed away peacefully in St. Martha's Regional Hospital in Antigonish on February 14, 2013. Born in Cheti-camp,she was a daughter of the late Hyacinth and Helen (Chaisson) Maillet. She was a very faithful woman and believed in her God. She loved her children and her husband from whom she relied on for their special loving care and support. She was always ready to play a good game of cards and bingo. She was a former member of TOPS in Cheticamp and Arichat and a past member of Our Lady of Assumption CWL, Arichat. Loretta is going to be sadly missed by her loving husband of 57 years, Carl Joseph Boudreau; sons, Brian (Lisa)Arichat, Bruce (Rhondi), Toronto; daughters, Darlene (Donnie) Martell, Arichat and Anne (Steve) Boudreau-Simpson, Halifax; grandchildren, Jeremiah,Joshua, Nicole, Benjamin, Emilie, Matthew and John; step grandchild, Matthew and Victoria; great-grandchild, Maddie. She will also be sadly missed by her snowbird friends, especially Mary and Reno Belanger. Loretta was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her son, James in infancy; brothers, Marcel, Gerry, David,Joseph and Lynus; mother and father-in-law, Violet and James. Memorial donations can be made to St. Anne Community & Nursing Care Centre, Arichat. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation by request. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, February 18 in Our Lady of Assumption Church in Arichat at 11 a.m. with Rev. Angus MacDougall officiating. Burial will take place in Star of the Sea Cemetery at a later date. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to C. H. Boudreau Funeral Home. www.chboudreau.com
