Charles H. Neely, 83, died Tuesday at the Good Samaritan Home in Liverpool.
A former resident of Newport RD3, Mr. Neely was a member of the United Church of Christ, Newport.
Survivors include a son, George D. and a daughter, Mrs. Verne Arnold both of Newport, RD, two sisters, Mrs. Linus Cassatt, Harrisburg, and Mrs. Loy Shumaker, Phoenix, Arizona, four grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. from the funeral home on South Second Street, Newport. Rev. J. Keller Brantley will officiate. Burial will be in the Newport Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Friday evening from 7 to 9 p.m.
