Joey Frank was well-beloved by both his family of origin as well as the family into which he married. Friendly, affectionate, delightful to be around, Joey was just a great man. Joe Frank was a great son, father, grandfather, husband, brother-in-law - great everything. Joey worked with his siblings at their furniture store, and he later worked part-time at a grocery store. He was thought by one cousin to have magic powers because Joey only had to tap pieces of fruit to know if the fruit was ready to eat. Joey Frank served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
