parents; Christpher Lyman Flint and Calista Florence Holt
sister; Harriet Sarah Flint Simmons, died 05 Apr 1919, at Jennings, Jefferson Davis, Louisiana.

The passing of Charles L. Flint at his home on Wednesday of last week brings us to the realization of the fact that the pioneer settlers of this part of Texas County are being called to their heavenly home very rapidly. Mr. Flint came to this part of the county in 1906, and has ever proved himself to be one of our most substantial and upright citizens. For the past two years he has been confined to his home by illness and the end was expected for some time. His was a genial soul of much wit and humor and he will be missed by the entire community, who are in deep sympathy with the bereaved wife and family. Funeral services were conducted at the M. E. Church. Thursday
by Rev. Longino, and burial took place at Texhoma Cemetery.
