RaNae was an active member of the LDS Church, where she served in the Primary for 10 years, the nursery, and the library. She was a member of the DUP and served with a bipolar advocacy group. She enjoyed crafts and scrapbooking and was an avid reader. RaNae served an LDS mission to Minneapolis, Minn., and worked as a secretary at the Missionary Department at LDS Church Headquarters. She was well known at the Preston Citizen where she worked as the copy editor for 15 years.
She is survived by her husband Don Bartlome of Preston; two sons, Don-Mikel (Amber) Bartlome of Preston and Nickolas Bartlome of Preston; mother Odetta Monson of Preston; and "sister" Janene (Grant) Morgan of Roy, Utah. She was preceded in death by her father, sister Wanda Monson and brother Eldon Monson.
Funeral services will be held at noon Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, in the Whitney 2nd Ward LDS chapel with Bishop Jim Summers conducting. A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Webb Funeral Home, 1005 S. 800 East in Preston, and 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the church in Whitney. Interment will be in the Preston Cemetery.
