Remains of Charles Collins Interred at St. Bonaventure’s

Allegany, Sept. 12.—Friday the remains of Charles Collins of Austin, Pa., were brought here for burial, interment being made at St. Bonaventure’s cemetery after a solemn requiem mass had been sung at St. Bonaventure’s church by the Rev. Father O’Brien of Austin, Pa. A large concourse of friends attended the funeral among them being a large delegation of Knights of Columbus from Austin and Olean.

Deceased was a former student at St. Bonaventure’s and at one time was a manager of the baseball team of the college. He was well-known here and very popular and his early demise is greatly mourned by his many friends. He is survived by his father and several brothers and sisters.
