suffered the past two years. His last
illness was of a week's duration. Mr.
Steiner was born in Switzerland April
12, 1860. He was married to Mrs.
Sophie Peterson, a sister of J. E.
Christiansen of this place, at Fort
Dodge sixteen years ago. He is survived
by his wife and two stepsons,
Will and Peter Peterson. The funeral
services were held at Fort Dodge
and the interment took place in Newell
cemetery on Sunday, Jan 2. Mr.
Steiner was a kind and loving husband
and father and will be sincerely
mourned by his wife and stepsons
and a large number of friends.
