Mrs Oscar Cannon

Andrews Mrs Iva Pearl Morris Cannon 48 wife of Oscar Cannon of Andrews died Thursday at her home.

Survivors include her husband one daughter Miss Iva Pearl Cannon one son Jack W Cannon and one grandson Carl Cannon all of Andrews five sisters Mrs TJ Forbes Mrs Johnny Gregory and Mrs Ernest McCants of Georgetown Mrs Garland Bouchette of Andrews and Mrs Elbert Brown of Kingstree and four brothers Hanford of St Stephens, Mack of Gatesville Tex and James and Billy Morris of Andrews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am Saturday from Elim Methodist Church with interment in the church cemetery.

Obit says daughter of William James Benjamin Morris and Elizabeth Ann Fulton Morris. She was their foster child. She was a daughter of WJBM's sister, Mary Jane Morris, b. abt. 1885. Mary Jane was listed as a widowed sister in the household of WJBM in 1920. Iva Pearl Morris, 6, and Jack O. Morris, 4 months, were listed as niece and nephew.
