MISS MILLIE F. SEYMOUR
Miss Millie F. Seymour passed away at her home in Butler Road, North of here, Wednesday evening, Jan. 27, aged 59 years. She was the only child of Emma Finney and Frank R. Seymour and born Jan. 1, 1878, on the farm now occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Earl Brown. When she was one year old, her parents moved to their present farm which has since been her home and where her friends always found her busy with her flowers of which she was a great lover. She is survived by her mother who has been able to tenderly care for her during her months of lingering illness.
The funeral was largely attended in the home Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock, conducted by Rev. C. E. Opdyke of the Perry Center Congregational church. Interment was in the family lot at Leicester. Friends and relatives attending the funeral from out of town were:
Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Norton of Elba, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Rutherford of Wyoming, Mr. and Mrs. Cleorn Boothe of LeRoy, Mrs. Cronckston of Batavia, Mrs. M. Whiting of Mt. Morris,
Mrs. Fred Kilby and two children and George Ayrault of Bethany Center, Mr. and Mrs. John
Rutherford and daughters Merle and Mildred, Mrs. Kilmer Rutherford, Arthur Bush and Floyd Brown of Silver Springs.
