A note re. the name of the spelling of Susanah's last name. Her name was actually spelled RoWland. The Roland family (as per family history personally related to me by my father and older uncles who knew both my grandfather Walter and Great Grandfather Andrew) is that all family members through Andrew's progeny were born with the "w." It was Walter Alexander who made the decision upon the advice of his banker to change the spelling. It was during the lifetime of Andrew's children that the last name wavers on documents between birth and death.
