5th Lord Morely, Lord Marshal of Ireland, Privy Councillor.

Son and heir to Sir Robert Morley and Isabel Moleyns. Grandson of Sir Thomas Morley and Joan Hastings, Sir Richard Moleyns and and Eleanor Beaumont.

Husband of Isabel de la Pole, daughter of Sir Michale, Earl of Suffolk by Katherine Stafford, daughter of Sir Hugh, Earl of Stafford. They married on or before 05 Feb 1403 and had one son, Robert, and two daughters, Elizabeth and Anne.

Thomas took part in the sieges of Rouen, Melun and Meaux, was present at the death of Henry V and bore one of the banners at Henry's funeral. Summoned to Parliament 1427 to 1435, in the retinue of the king to France in 1430.
