Sylvester Bradley Jr., 58, of Corsicana passed away Thursday, Oct. 20, 2005, at his residence. Wake service will be at 7 p.m. today at Ross and Johnson Mortuary Chapel. Funeral service will 1 p.m. Wednesday at Greater Renfro Memorial Church of God in Christ with Pastor Donne Watson officiating. Interment will follow at Woodland Memorial Park.
Mr. Bradley was born March 3, 1947, in Corsicana.
Survivors include his wife, Veola Jackson of Corsicana; two daughters, Elisha Bradley and Monica Bradley; two sons, Rodney Bradley (Sakina) and Sylvester Bradley III (Laranda); 12 grandchildren, Ashley Bradley, Tamara Bradley, Velma Keith, Ja'nia Coleman, Kaylyn Bradley, Rodney "Bugga" Bradley, Rico Bradley, Collin Bradley, Rodney "Lil' Man" Bradley, Robert Wallace, Sylvester Bradley IV and Jeland Bradley; six brothers, John Earl Bradley, Charles Bradley (Mary), Willie A. Bradley, Willie J. Bradley (Patty), Chester Bradley (Betty) and Darrell Brandon (Shelia); three sisters, Vickie Wade-Todd (Rickey), Ada Bradley (Marvin) and Sylvia Johnson; uncles, aunts, other relatives and friends.
