She was born in Westbrook, May 14, 1915, and was the daughter of the late Fredrick and Susan Jacobe Weisse and had worked at the former First National Store in Clinton before her retirement.
She is survived by two sons, Arthur J. Bischoff, Jr. of Palm Harbour, FL, and Thomas W. Bischoff of Lyme; also survived by four grandchildren; and three great grandchildren; and a brother, Oscar Weisse of Ivoryton. Mrs. Bischoff was predeceased by three sisters, Anna Weisse, Freda Ridesh and Susan Delanski; and two brothers, Fred and Carl Weisse.
Graveside Services will be held Monday, 11 a.m. in Beaver Brook Cemetery, Clinton. The Swan Funeral Home, 80 East Main St., Clinton, is in charge of arrangements. Published in The Hartford Courant on December 13, 2002
