Although two ancestry.com public trees list his birthplace as TN, his parents are both from TN and he self-reported Missouri on the 1930 census--it could have been an error, too, but that is why I use MO. His wife Fannie is listed as from Georgia.
There are no other Pinkley/Pinckley's listed for this cemetery at this time. There was no other P. in the immediate area of this marker.
