She married Hebert O. Horstman on January 30, 1918 in Louisville, Kentucky. He survives.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Mrs. Horstman and her husband were the retired owners of Horstman Dry Cleaners in DuQuoin and Carbondale.
Mrs. Horstman died at the age of 76 at Jackson County Nursing Home, Murphysboro.
