Louise Borup was born on 11 June 1882 in Sterling, Polk County, Wisconsin, the youngest child of the first marriage of John Alfred Borup (1850-1921), and Christina Matilda (Svensdatter) Borup (1849-1884). She was first married to Edward Archibald Little (1873-1939) on 6 August 1901 in Minneapolis, MN. They had one son, Harry Albert Little (1900-1967). They were divorced in 1907. Her second marriage was to Henry James Weeks (1885-1938) on 25 March 1921 in Spokane, WA, where they lived for several years. After his death, she lived in Montana, where she met and married John Sather (1882-1968) on 31 May 1947 in Butte, Silver Bow County, MT. They lived in Great Falls, MT for many years before relocating to Spokane, WA. She died on 7 July 1965 in Spokane, WA at the age of 82.

Louise B. Sather passed away on Wednesday, July 7, 1965 in Spokane. She was a resident of N. 2214 Denver.
She is survived by her husband, John Sather, at the home; stepdaughter Anna Sortum, Great Falls, Montana; daughter-in-law Mrs. Harry A. Little, Ephrata, Washington; 2 granddaughters, Mrs. John McNeil, Coulee Dam, Washington; Mrs. Ted Rice, Coulee City, Washington; 3 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews in the East.
Her last services have been entrusted to the care of the Smith Funeral Home, W. 1124 Riverside Avenue.
Funeral services will be Friday, July 9th at 1:00 p.m. from the Smith Funeral Home, W. 1124 Riverside Avenue. Rev. Nyer W. Urness will be officiating. Entombment will be at Riverside Mausoleum.
