Hello. Mary Melton Echols Rogers was my 3X great grandmother. A significant piece of history should be added to Find a Grave. She was first married to Robert Milner Echols, a brigadier general in the Mexican War who died in 1847 at National Bridge, Mexico. Echols County, GA is named for him. Together he and Mary had eleven children. I descend through one of their daughters, Rhoda Ann Echols Trammell.

Thank you ahead of time for adding this information.

Peace.
