Ella Giesbrecht, 82, of Salem died Tuesday.
She was born in Montezuma, Kan., and was a homemaker. She enjoyed quilting and cooking. She married Tobias in 1938, and he died in 1982. A son preceded her in death.
Survivors include her daughter, Elvina Bates of Barron, Wis.; sons, Allen of Monmouth, Wilbert of Glenn, Calif., and Edwin of Salem; 13 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
Visiting will be from 1 to 8:30 p.m. today in City View Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Christian Center of Salem, where she was a member. Interment will be in City View Cemetery. Contributions: the church or Willamette Valley Hospice.
