Funeral services for Mrs. Gracie Maude Scott, age 85, of Lynchburg, TN, who passed away Saturday, March 27, 2004 in Lynchburg Nursing Home, were conducted Monday, March 29, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Gallant Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Jeans officiating. Burial followed in Mulberry Cemetery. Mrs. Scott was a native of Lincoln County, TN, daughter of the late Lonzo Edgar Campbell & the late Fannie Mae Tucker Campbell, a housewife and farmer and a member of the Crystal Ridge Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband: William Albert Scott in 1970. Survivors include 1 son: Roy Lee Scott of Lynchburg, TN; 2 daughters: Ruby Jewel Gattis of Mulberry, TN, Dorothy Brown of Fayetteville, TN; 1 brother: Jody Campbell of Fayetteville, TN; 5 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Visitation with the family was Sunday evening from 6 until 9 p.m. at the Gallant Funeral Home.
