Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Lizzie Sullivan, 88, of Fayetteville, Tenn. will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. James Barnes and Rev. Bobby Bates officiating. Burial will follow in Mulberry Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mary Lizzie Sullivan, 88, a homemaker and resident of Fayetteville, died Wednesday (March 19, 2003) at Donalson Care Center.
She was a native of Lincoln County, daughter of the late Edgar Lonzo and Fannie Mae Tucker Campbell and a member of the Loyd's Chapel Presbyterian Church. Her husband, James Eldon Sullivan, who died in 2002, and her son, Edward Sullivan, preceded her in death. Survivors include two daughters, Betty Eslick of Mulberry and Martha Harmon of Fayetteville; two sons, Ronald and Donald Sullivan, both of Fayetteville; one sister, Gracie Maude Scott of Lynchburg; one brother, Joe Campbell of Fayetteville; a sister-in-law, Jewell Moorehead; 18 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Friday at Higgins Funeral Home with the Revs. James Barnes and Bobby Bates officiating. Interment followed in the Mulberry Cemetery beside her husband. Higgins Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
