She is survived by her beloved children: Peggy (Tom) McKain, Patricia (John) Krcmery and John (Kim) Runko; loving grandchildren: John (Melanie) Krcmery, Zak (Nicole) Kustok, Jason (Michelle) Krcmery, Rudy (Katie) Runko, Ryan Runko, Sarah Kustok, Jennifer Krcmery, Joshua Runko and Adele Runko; and six adored great grandchildren. Phyllis was preceded in death by her loving husband, Rudy; and adored daughter, Anita Jean Kustok.
Funeral Services on Monday, October 24, 2011 at Our Lady of Knock Church, corner of 163rd and Hirsch, Calumet City, IL 60409 for a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial.
