Tommie was born and raised in Russell County,Alabama.he spent his young adult life singing in his own band and impersonating James Brown.He opened his own T.V. repair shop after receiving his license from Turner Job Corps,Albany,Ga.He held a job at Field crest Mill for over 25 years until it closed.He accepted Christ as his personal savior late in life and united with Bethlehem Crossroads Baptist Church,187 McClendon Rd.Fort Mitchell,AL 36856.Rev.P.D. Johnson.
