Norman W. Kidd, 76, of the Lutheran Retirement Home, formerly of Lakewood, died Thursday (Jan. 24, 2002) in the retirement home. He was born Oct. 10, 1925, in Jamestown, the son of William E. and Mable Eckendorf Kidd. He enjoyed woodworking and spending time with his nieces and nephews. He is survived by a brother, William E. Kidd Jr. of Frewsburg; and a sister, Patricia A. Crandall of Lakewood. He was preceded in death by three brothers: Robert, Melvin and Roland Kidd. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
